Christoph Waltz to Present at Oscars

La La Film

Christoph Waltz It’s like a conveyor belt of announcements in the lead up to the Oscars, but last year’s Best Supporting Actor has now been confirmed to present, according to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Waltz is a two-time Oscar winner for Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained, both as supporting actor. His collaboration with Quentin Tarantino has launched his career, with recent films such as Carnage and the upcoming Horrible Bosses 2 a demonstration of his versatility, and clearly an attempt to prove his leading actor credentials.

He will be joined by fellow Oscar winners Anne Hathaway, Daniel Day-Lewis and Jennifer Lawrence as presenters at the 86th Academy Awards, to be broadcast live on Sunday March 2nd in over 225 countries.
